Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Because our products are digital, all sales are final. See the exceptions and our commitment to you below.
Digital Products — All Sales Final
All products sold through walkingfaithfulco.com are digital downloads or digital access products. This includes ebooks, guides, workbooks, devotionals, audio files, PDF resources, and any bundled digital products.
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased and access has been granted.
This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our content and to be a good steward of the work God has entrusted to us to create.
Before You Buy
We want you to feel confident before you purchase. Here is what we encourage you to do:

Review any free samples, previews, or related free content we have published

Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem with your download or cannot access your product after purchase, please contact us right away. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Technical issues are not grounds for a refund, but we will make every reasonable effort to ensure you can access what you purchased. We are a small, heart-led business and we will take care of you.

Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 7 days of the duplicate charge with proof of both transactions. We will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a charge was made to your account without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We take fraud seriously and will work with you and our payment processor (Stripe) to investigate and resolve the situation.
Substack Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions to our Substack publication (catinahenley.substack.com) are managed directly through Substack and are subject to Substack's refund policy. We do not have the ability to process Substack subscription refunds directly. Please contact Substack support or manage your subscription through your Substack account settings.
Our Commitment to You
We put prayer, time, and genuine care into every product we create. Our goal is never to sell you something that does not serve you. If you have a concern about a purchase that is not covered above, reach out to us. We will always do our best to respond with honesty and grace.
